Tyler Wojciechowski

Meet Tyler, the owner of Up N Down Elevators bringing over 14 years of hands-on experience in the industry. He has a deep understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and personal communication, which he has made the cornerstone of his business.

Having worked for several different elevator companies, Tyler saw firsthand the frustration customers experienced when other companies took too long to respond to maintenance calls. This motivated him to ensure his own company responds promptly to customer needs, making Up N Down a preferred choice in the area.

Tia Simmons

Meet Tia (Tyler's better half), our office manager and head of operations at Up N Down Elevators. With a degree in Business from the University of Washington and over 15 years of experience in the service industries, Tia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Her extensive background in hospitality and property management has honed her customer service skills, and she has seen firsthand the frustrations that customers face in the elevator industry.
